Integrative Health and the Pandemic
with Kathryn Hayward, MD

Integrative Health unites the best in Conventional Medicine, Whole, Plant-Based Food, Movement and Mind/Body/Spirit Disciplines. Together, these bring balance to the body and strengthen the immune system. In addition to immune-building food recommendations, we will be offering self-care and wellness explorations including mindful meditation, breath work, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and movement guidance.

Kathryn Hayward, MD co-founded and developed International Integrators because she loves to collaborate with others who share her vision for global integrative health. She offers her experience in the practice of conventional medicine as a primary care internist at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, and in Integrative Health in her private practice, Odyssey Journey. Kathryn marvels at the power of collective, conscious action on the part of like-minded individuals to manifest change and loves contributing to that action.
